Toulmin Drive. The progress of a great project

The project begun in early October 2018 with the conversion of the loft of this 1950 property. We achieved a spacious bedroom and bathroom which add a good modern touch to the building. Now we have moved to the second stage of the project that involves remodelling of the spaces on the ground floor, adding single rear and double side extensions all with modern design kitchen, bathrooms, living room, WC, Playroom and Utilities area. The property will be totally transformed to a home that is a dream to every Londoner. The property will feature a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area which will connect to an external patio via 5.2m long B-fold doors. This will enable a superb indoor/outdoor space in the summer heat.
